We are committed to shipping and delivering your orders quickly and safely. Below you will find all the information about our shipping and delivery procedures.
1. Shipping Options
We offer standard shipping for all our orders.
2. Processing Times
Orders placed on business days before 8:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
We do not process orders during weekends or on official holidays.
3. Delivery Times
The delivery times are as follows:
The Netherlands, 1 business days
Rest of Europe: 2-5 business days
Please note that these delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier. During busy periods, such as holidays, deliveries may take longer.
4. Track & Trace
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to follow your package. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
5. Damaged Packages
We take great care in securely packaging our products. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@maurocherner.com. Include photos of the damage and the package itself so we can provide an appropriate solution.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service at info@maurocherner.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
